Has your radio player on ClubHabbo ever cut out or not played any music whilst a DJ is on air? If you're finding that you're having problems tuning into ClubHabbo, follow the simple steps below to get tuned into the radio.

Option 1: Whilst on the site, press CTRL + F5 to refresh the website. The reason you will need to hold down CTRL too, is to bypass the cache. Pressing this should connect you to the radio, providing that you don't have other problems.

Option 2: If option 1 didn't work, please try this option. If you're using Internet Explorer, click 'Tools' at the top followed by 'Internet Options' and then clear your cookies and temporary internet files.

If you're using Firefox, click 'Tools' then click 'Options' and then click 'Security' followed by 'Show Cookies' and then Click 'Remove All Cookies'.

After clearing your cookies, temporary internet files or holding down CTRL + F5, you should be able to hear the radio. If not, then please use the contact form and let us know.
