On the grounds of Ashley Cole's unreasonable behaviour, District Judge Christopher Simmonds has granted the Coles a divorce at the High Court after 4 years of lime-lit marriage.

The X-Factor judge Cheryl and England and Chelsea defender split in February when the media published articles on Ashley's infidelity.

They were engaged in 2005 in Dubai and were then married in 2006 in a lavish ceremony in Hertfordshire.

Their divorce could happen within a matter of weeks if both sides agree and there are no problems.
