"Foxconn is not a sweatshop" he said at a conference.
"You go in this place and it's a factory but, my gosh, they've got restaurants and movie theatres and hospitals and swimming pools" he added.
Foxconn was recently accused of poor working conditions due to 13 suicides at the factory.
We have been told that Apple representatives are "all over it", working with Foxconn to find out what is causing the suicides.
